To undertake all HR administrative duties within the HR department and to support the Team,
Managers, and staff within the company

Responsibilities

∙Role: Ensure all employee records on the HR system are updated and maintained.
Input and monitor employee absence records on the system. Run various reports from
the HR system
∙Life Cycle of employee: Responsible for overseeing freshers’ and leavers’ processes.
Onboarding and background checks for the freshers.
∙Recruit new hires
∙Set up candidates’ interviews for hiring managers
∙Oversee new employee onboarding and training
∙Maintain employee records and payroll in an online system
∙Coordinate company-wide training efforts and seminars
∙Assist with procedures for performance management
∙Keep up to date on governmental laws and requirements that affect the organization
∙Conduct audits to measure the success of HR programs and then recommend changes
∙Manage health and benefit plans for employees
∙Respond to employee questions and requests regarding HR

Qualifications

∙Have a bachelor’s degree in disciplines relating to Business, Commerce,
administration, or related studies.
∙Previous experience with recruitment, HR/Administration
∙Experience in social media and marketing techniques for recruitment
∙First-class candidate management skills
∙Have strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills with a client-service
focus and a tenacious appetite for solutions.
∙Good with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
